Refund policy

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items (including opened lash adhesive or removers)

Refund Conditions:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
  • A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the out-of-pocket shipping expenses we incur.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send us an email at hello@lashease.com.au.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to them.

Shipping for Returns:

You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
